The most important part about thrifting.
ThisFits just posted a comment I made about never having paid more than $5 for a pair of Allen Edmonds.  While I was mostly intending on it being on the braggy side of joking, it does bring up an extremely important point that I’ve mentioned before, but is worth repeating. Just got a second pair of Allen Edmonds from a friend of mine.  This will go in my Advanced thrifting tips, but it pays to keep your thrifty friends abreast of your sizes.  I mean, I’d pick up a pair of AE’s in a 10 for $5-10 to give to someone else.  Wouldn’t you?
