I’m not much for uniforms, but this is as close as I get.  During the summer when I’m not at work I’m wearing either jeans or (occasionally) chinos with a bold shirt and desert boots or chuck taylors (sometimes loafers).  Simple and a statement without being overdone.  Also accepts most sport coats or lace up shoes if I’m suddenly called upon to look nicer (which is pretty much never, I’m called upon to wear a tie maybe 2 times a year, every other time it’s by choice).
