Olive & Orange: The Repeatening.
I like this outfit, so I wear it periodically. Also variations in the same color scheme.
Bonus blogger points for getting foliage in the foreground thus making it look like someone else was taking the picture and I was being ultra nonchalant.

Olive/Orange: Nighttime Edition.
In a somewhat strange twist of fate the twilight hour was perfect for a quick snap on a quiet side street.
However, my new patchwork foulard tie (I know, right?) was blurry in every close up shot.
You’ll just have to wait to see that one internet.

Olive & Orange: Redux.
This jacket is a great medium weight hopsack. It’s appropriate up to about 70 degrees, unfortunately I’ve worn it exclusively on days when the weatherman has been off by 10 degrees or so. Another unfortunately hot day.
Otherwise, I just really like these colors on days both cloudy and sunny. Today was both.

I love the look of a 3 piece suit but rarely have an opportunity to wear one. I think something like this is a good compromise. The tweed vest, flannel (hopsack?) blazer and moleskin pants all have a good depth of color and texture, and reference the formality of a 3 piece, without actually being super formal. The olive color of the tie and the slight accent on the pocket square bring it together colorwise.
